Use this form to apply to take part in the People, Culture and Environment (PCE) pilot assessment panels.
Please make sure you have read the information about who can be involved, how we will select panel members and the time commitment involved.
You’ll need to complete the form in one go so we recommend drafting your response so you can copy and paste the responses into the form. You’ll find a list of the questions on the previous page.
Click on Continue when you’re ready to submit your application. When you have successfully submitted your application, you’ll get a reference number on screen and a confirmation email with a summary of your answers.
The closing date for applications is midday on 12 July 2024 and you’ll hear back from us by early September.
